Advertisement for engagement full time/part time Specialists and Senior Residents
Applications are invited for the following poss
Full time/part time Specialist: Phychiatry 01 (OBC); Pathology 02 (OBC-01, SC-01), Anesthesia 02 (OBC), Skin 01 (OBC), Medicine 02 (UR), Gynae 01 (UR), Ortho 01 (UR), Eye 01 (UR), Paediatric 01 (UR)
Senior Resident (tenure for 3 years): Surgery 01 (SC), Casualty/General Duty 02 (OBC-01, ST-01), Medicine 01 (OBC), ENT 01 (UR)
Senior Resident for one year: Medicine 04 (UR-01, ST-01, OBC-02), Surgery 05 (UR-02, OBC-02, ST-01), Ortho 03 (UR-01, OBC-01, ST-01), Anesthesia 02 (UR-01, OBC-01), Obst and Gynae 02 (OBC), Paediatrics 02 (UR-01, OBC-01), Pul-Medicine 01 (OBC)
Specialist (full time/part time) on contract basis for one year or till regular specialists joins: PG degree/diploma with 3 years/5 years experience respectively
Age (as on 02nd March, 2011): Age not exceeding 45/64 years for full time specialist/part time specialists respectively
Emoluments (specialist full time): Basic pay Rs 18750/- plus grade pay Rs 6600/-, DA, HRA and NPA as admissible
Specialist (part time): Rs 40,000/- consolidated per month for two sessions of 2 hours per day into five days in a week plus Rs 8000/- for emergency calls or as per orders issued by ESIC Hqrs office from time to time
SR for tenure of 3 years (initially for 1 year subject to extendable for 3 years)
SR for 1 year on contract basis or till regular IMOs joins
PG degree or diploma in concerned Speciality from recognized university is desirable. If such candidates are not available, candidates without PG qualification having at least 2 years experience out of which having worker for 1 year in concerned Speciality may be considered
Age (as on 02nd March, 2011): Not exceeding 35 years, relaxation as per rule for SC/OBC
Emoluments (SR 3 years): Basic pay Rs 18750/- plus grade pay Rs 6600/- plus allowances as admissible to central govt employees. It would be reduced by Rs 600/- per month for Diploma holders and the same will be reduced by Rs 1210/- per month for non PG candidates; or as per order issued by ESIC Hqrs office from time to time
Emoluments (SR 1 year): Basic pay Rs 18,750/- plus grade pay Rs 6600/- for PG degree holder
It would be reduced by Rs 600/- per month for diploma holders and the same will be reduced by Rs 1210/- per month for non PG candidates; or as per order issued by ESIC Hqrs office from time to time
NPA, DA, HRA is admissible as per rules

For Senior Residents (for tenure of 3 years): 23rd March, 2011, 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon
For full time/part time Specialists and Senior Residents for 1 year: 23rd March, 2011, 12.00 noon to 3.00 p.m.
Application containing complete Bio-data viz name in block letters, Father’s/husband name, date of birth, postal address, tele number, permanent address, whether ST/SC/OBC, educational qualifications, marks obtained, experience (if any) duly affixed recent passport size photograph, photocopies of testimonials (mark sheets, experience certificates and other related certificates) along with a demand draft of Rs 300/- (except SC/ST/female candidates) in favour of ESI Fund account number 1 should reach latest by 15th March, 2011 before 12.00 noon to the office of medical superintendent, ESIC model hospital, Bharat nagar, Ludhiana-141001
No separate letter will be issued for interview
