The Haryana Public Service Commission invites applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment

1. One permanent post of division town planner (DTP) (Technical) in Haryana state industrial and infrastructure development corporation limited, Haryana

Scale of pay: PB-3, Rs 15,600-39,100/- + grade pay Rs. 6,000/-

Essential qualification: A post graduate degree or diploma in urban and regional planning/urban planning/ regional planning/M.Tech in Planning (urban traffic and transport, housing, infrastructure) or equivalent making the holder eligible for associate membership of the institute of town planners, India with at least 6 years relevant post qualification experience

The incumbent should be well conversant with AutoCAD

Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard

2. Two Permanent Posts of Manager (Planning)/ATP (Technical) out of which one post is reserved for candidates belonging to scheduled castes of Haryana only in Haryana state industrial and infrastructure development corporation limited, Haryana

Scale of pay: PB-3, Rs 15,600-39,100/- + Rs 5400/- grade pay

Age: Candidate should not be below 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 31.08.2010

Essential qualification: A post graduate degree or diploma in urban and regional planning/urban planning/ regional planning/M.Tech in Planning (urban traffic and transport, housing, infrastructure) or equivalent making the holder eligible for associate membership of the institute of town planners, India or B.Tech degree in planning from a recognized institute/university with two years experience in the field of town planning under a qualified town planner

The incumbent should be well conversant with AutoCAD

Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standards

3. One Temporary post of Accounts officer (group-B) in Haryana Tourism Corporation Limited, Chandigarh

Scale of pay: Rs 9300-34,800/- + Rs 5400/- grade pay

Age: Not below 21 years and not more than 40 years as on 31.08.2010

Essential qualification: Chartered Accountant; Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard

4. One Permanent post of Financial Advisor cum Cost Accountant (group-A) in Haryana State Federation of Cooperative Sugar Mills Limited

Scale of pay: Rs 15,600-39,100/- + Rs 6400/- grade pay

Age: Candidate should not be below 35 years and not more than 55 years as on 01.08.2010

Essential qualification: Chartered Accountant; Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard

Experience: 5 years in a Commercial organization at a senior post with turn over of minimum Rs 25 crores per annum

5. One permanent post of Technical Advisor (Engineering) (group-A) in Haryana state Federation of Cooperative Sugar Mills Limited

Scale of pay: Rs 15,600-39,100/- + Rs 7600/- grade pay

Age: Candidate should not be below 35 years and not more than 55 years as on 01.08.2010

Essential qualifications: Graduate/Post graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering with 1st division with Boiler Operation Engineering certificate

Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard

Experience: At least 7 years (5 years for post graduate) experience in Sugar Industry as Chief Engineering, preference will be given to 2nd class Associate ship of National Sugar Institute in Sugar Engineering

Proof of publication of Research/Technical papers in at least two reputed/standard publication/ journals

6. Four Temporary posts of Divisional Manager (group-B) in Haryana Tourism Corporation, out of which one post is reserved for persons belonging to scheduled castes of Haryana only

Scale of pay: Rs 9300-34800/- + grade pay Rs 5400/-

Age:
21 to 40 years as on 31.08.2010

Essential qualifications: MBA/PGDBM (full time) from University/institute recognized by AICTE and three years degree/diploma in Hotel Management from university/institute recognized by AICTE

At least 5 years post qualification experience in managerial capacity in Hotel of 3 star or above category

Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard

Knowledge of working on Computer

7. One Hundred and Eighty (180) Temporary Posts of Veterinary Surgeon (HVS-II) Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department, Haryana

General 101; SC of Haryana 44; BC of Haryana 16; Ex-Servicemen of Haryana 12; PH of Haryana 07; Total 180

Scale of pay: PB-II, Rs 9300-34900/- with an initial pay of Rs 14800/- + Rs 5400/- grade pay

Age: 22 years to 40 years as on 01.07.2010

Essential qualifications: Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from a recognized university or institute; adequate knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit; registered Veterinary Practitioner with Haryana Veterinary council or with any Veterinary council in India or Indian Veterinary council as required by Indian Veterinary council act, 1984

Preferential: Ph.D or Master of Veterinary Science in Animal Genetics and Breeding/Veterinary Gynecology/ Animal Physiology or in any branch or Animal Husbandry/Veterinary Science

The prescribed essential qualifications are minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview. Where the number of applications received in response to the advertisement is large and it is not convenient or possible for the commission to interview all the candidates, the commission may restrict the number of candidates for interview to a reasonable limit on the basis of qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement or by holding a screening test or any method devised by the commission

For application form and detailed information write to the Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission, Bays No 1-10, Block-B, Sector-4, Panchkula by remitting Rs 500/- for General category including dependent son of ESM of Haryana candidates and Rs 125/- for candidates belonging to the scheduled castes/backward classes/Ex-servicemen/Physically Handicapped persons of Haryana and women candidates of all categories of Haryana only through Indian Postal orders/Bank drafts (from any branch of scheduled bank of India) payable to the Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission at Panchkula with self addressed (with pin code) envelope of 24×11 cm size duly stamped with Rs 50/- for registered post up to 25.08.2010 only otherwise thereafter application form will not be sent or on cash payment at the counter from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. on all working days till closing date

The candidates must write their names, address in block letters, name of the post for which application form is required and category of form i.e. general or reserved (SC/BC/ESM/PH of Haryana only women candidate of all categories of Haryana) because there will be two sets of application forms one for general category including dependent son/daughter of ESM of Haryana and another for reserved category and no application form will be supplied to those candidates who do not remit the full prescribed cost of application form and envelope as stated above

No extra fee, other than the cost of application form as stated above, will be required to be deposited along with the application form

Relaxation in upper age limit will be available to SC/BC candidates of Haryana as per existing instructions of govt wherever posts is/are reserved for them

Indian postal orders or treasury challan or bank draft issued after or on the date of publication of this advertisement and till the closing date and payable to Secretary, HPSC, Panchkula will only be accepted by the commission

Incomplete application form i.e. without proof of age and the minimum required qualifications will be straightway rejected without entering into any correspondence

The eligibility of candidates with regard to qualifications will be determined on the closing date for receipt of application forms

Haryana Public Service Commission will not be responsible for any delay on the part of Post Department or courier agency and all the applications received after the closing date will be rejected outright

Incomplete application forms or unsigned application forms shall render the candidates ineligible

In order to be eligible for applying for these posts, a candidate should be (a) a citizen of India, or (b) a citizen of Nepal, or (c) a subject of Bhutan, or (d) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Srilanka and East African countries of Kenya, Uganda and the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanziber) with the intention of permanently settling in India

Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c) and (d) shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been given by the govt of India and if he belongs to category (d) the certificate of eligibility will be issued for a period of one year after which such candidate will be retained in service subject to his having acquired Indian citizenship
